T EEN CONNEDCT is a service leadership program for Grade 7 and up. The purpose of this program is to provide support and opportunity for young people to remain involved and connected with the congregation through volunteer service projects at TEMC and elsewhere in the community. Leadership development and community service are highlighted. Volunteer hours will count toward youth confirmation and high school community service requirements.  Top of Page

A All high school teens have a place in this performance-based program, which meets in the Youth Room (south of the West Assembly Hall), from 7:30 to 9 p.m. on scheduled Wednesdays. Teens interested in music, drama and dance prepare presentations for worship services, pageants and other venues. Youth may also become involved in set-building, costumes, sound, lighting, makeup, ticket sales, etc. A highlight of the year is the annual spring production, running this season from March 5-8. All teens (within and beyond TEMC) are invited to take part. For more information, contact The Rev. Rick Tamas, Minister of Youth and show producer/director, at ext. 240.  Top of Page
