The Timothy Eaton Orchestra is a non-auditioning community orchestra dedicated to the enjoyment of playing music and serving the community. The orchestra plays a wide variety of music including baroque, classical, show tunes, and modern. Interested musicians are welcome to attend rehearsals to assess the match of their experience to the orchestra’s repertoire. Rehearsals take place on Tuesdays evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 in the Ouchterlony Music Room. The orchestra performs six to eight concerts per year, mainly in seniors’ residences and in the church. These concerts also take place on Tuesday evenings. The orchestra breaks for summer from mid-May to early September. A small fee of $80 per year is collected from orchestra members to cover orchestra expenses.
